We want you to love your Hello Adorn jewelry, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place your items in their original jewelry box and use a padded mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
