To keep your pieces shining, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place and gently polishing with a microfiber cloth after wear.
What materials do you use in your products?
We specialize in high-quality materials including 14k gold fill, sterling silver, and solid gold. Our pieces are designed to be hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
When will my order ship?
Most of our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Can I request a custom size or repair?
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you need a custom length or a repair on a Hello Adorn piece, please contact our support team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
